Expanding its outreach to the corporate donor community, has named development veteran Erik Greeny Vice President, Advancement, the university announced today.
Greeny brings to Woodbury 17+ years of university-level development and strategic leadership experience, with a focus on fundraising, portfolio management and corporate partnerships. As University Development VP at Sonoma State University in Northern California, Greeny coordinated more than $45 million in private philanthropic giving during his four and a half years in that post. He instituted a results-driven major gift program, expanded the university’s donor base and initiated Sonoma State’s first “Day of Giving” and crowdfunding efforts.
