For the third time in a row, SoftClouds was invited to present their innovations at the Oracle Automotive CX Council during the 2018 Oracle Modern Customer Experience in Chicago, Illinois. Oracle Automotive CX Council was attended by executives from all the major global automotive manufacturers.
The CEO of SoftClouds, Balaji Ramachandran (Bala) spoke on the topic - “The Journey to the Cloud” that addressed two main themes – the Hybrid Cloud Integration Experience by SoftClouds and its advantages, and the Futuristic Customer Experience Solutions from the Innovation Lab at SoftClouds.
